TK Ranch Natural Grass-Fed Bison Pricing

These bison are raised and grass finished in large pastures. They are not confined in feedlots the way most conventional buffalo are currently raised. They never receive antibiotics, artificial growth hormones or animal by-products. They are processed in a provincially inspected facility and are dry aged for several days before processing which adds both to flavour and tenderness. All product is frozen.
